I always go to them to get my extra small knotless braids. The ladies are very sweet and they work very quickly with their hands!! I prefer booking early mornings just to leave at a reasonable time & they do include hair in price.
Upon arriving I waited outside in the cold for 10min… I waited 20 min just to get inside the salon. Spent $400 just for them to complain the entire process about doing my braids but was so quick to get me in the chair agreeing to what I wanted. Showed her a picture of the braids and the length, which she agreed to, I got small box braids, waist length, not micros.. small box braids, they still weren’t even the size I wanted. They try to argue you down convincing you otherwise as if you can’t see. Talking extremely loud over my head, on video chat with me in the camera. Coughing over my head, no type of professionalism. Took them 13 hours and they didn’t even braid past my bra strap length.. I got waist length braids and it’s just unbraided hair from above my bra strap length all the way down. She parts your hair with a metal clip (very painful, blow dried my hair on high heat even when I came in with my hair fully dry and parted for them. She changed the price on me. First price was $300 then I get there and she increased it. Tells me she usually charges more as if she’s doing me a favor.. I could’ve went elsewhere and spent way less for what I got with probably better service. Worst experience ever, will never be back and would never advise anyone to go to them!!!!!!!! Reached out to her about my concerns and she ignored me. DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!!!!
